The retailer you bought from is signed up to the Send Back My Parcel service run by P4D | Parcels for Delivery, which means a return can quickly be arranged online. Once confirmed, you can drop your return parcel off at the nearest drop off point to where you are and at a time that suits you. All we need to do is identify the retailer you bought from and the postcode of where you'll be today, tomorrow, or the day you choose to drop off.

The required Retailer Code is provided to you by the retailer you ordered goods from, either in their emails or paperwork. If you do not have it or cannot find it, contact the retailer directly before proceeding.
